Assembling products is an upgrade of traditional processes. Two products of different processes are assembled together using automated equipment. The accuracy can reach within 0.1MM, the speed is fast, and the yield rate is 50%-70% higher than that of manual assembly. The yield rate can even reach more than 97%.

The dome product is a product produced by combining die-cutting and stamping. It is used in acoustic products. The requirements for convex hulls and die-cut double-sided adhesive bonding are very high. At present, the bonding adopts the synchronous process of punching and feeding, and the accuracy can be within 0.03MM.

For plastic parts and metal reinforcement products bonded on die-cut products, our company uses automated equipment for image positioning bonding. The technology is very mature and the precision is high.
